Written for expats and investors navigating an unfamiliar market, the guide demonstrates how multiple pieces of content can work together to attract readers, build trust, support decision-making and introduce a related service at the appropriate moment.
The series is a working funnel:
• it draws readers toward investing in Riga;
• guides them through the decision with practical tools;
• includes a 57-point checklist used as a lead magnet;
• concludes with a chapter on the challenges new owners face once they have acquired their property, at which point the fit-out service becomes the natural next conversation.
