A compliance document that traders had routinely ignored.

It was redesigned.

The structure was amended to better reflect the user journey. Flowcharts and internal links were added, making the process easy to follow. The charts now lead the user to make a mutually beneficial decision. Tables were redesigned to reflect logic. Two simple guides, one at the beginning and one at the end, assist the user in making their decisions.

The exercise demonstrates that format and structure determine whether content gets used.
